Estimates
Prices on this site are estimates from what you tell us, before anyone has seen the property. They are not final offers. If the property is not what was described, we tell you the difference before the work starts.
The re-clean guarantee
If anything we were booked to clean was missed, tell us and we come back and fix it free within 24 hours.
Moving or cancelling
Move or cancel free with 48 hours' notice. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the price may be charged.
Deposits and payment
Some bookings take a deposit to hold the day; the price and any deposit are shown before you book. Card payments are taken on Stripe's secure page.
Texting terms
Atom Cleaning texts are messages about your quote, your bookings and your visits: confirmations, reminders, "on our way", follow-ups on the work, and replies to your messages — some of them automated. You get them only if you agreed, for example by ticking the box on a quote form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

What we are licensed for
Atom Cleaning LLC is a licensed Las Vegas cleaning and repair-and-maintenance business (City of Las Vegas G74-04778, category R60). We are not a licensed contractor under NRS Chapter 624; maintenance work is limited to tasks exempt under NRS 624.031.
