The small things, while we are already there
A burnt-out bulb, a torn screen, a blind off its bracket, a door that sticks, a run of failed caulk. Too small for a trade to drive out for, and outside what a cleaning company normally touches — so they sit for months. We handle them on the visit, on their own line.
What we handle

- Window screens — rescreened or repaired
- Blinds cleaned and rehung
- Minor drywall patching, caulking and weatherstripping
- Doors adjusted, strike plates and cabinet hardware
- Towel bars remounted, house numbers, mailboxes, furniture assembly
What we will not touch
- Anything electrical — outlets, switches, hardwired fixtures, ceiling fans, panels
- Anything plumbing — faucets, valves, supply lines, drains, water heaters, disposals
- Anything HVAC or gas
- Anything needing a permit
Those are a licensing boundary, not a capability one. Atom Cleaning LLC is a licensed cleaning and repair-and-maintenance business, not a licensed contractor — so where a job needs a trade we flag it in writing and refer it out. You get told on the walkthrough rather than on the day.
Maintenance always bills as its own line group, separate from the cleaning, and the maintenance total on any one job stays under the exemption limit. If the list gets longer than that, it becomes a second visit rather than a bigger invoice.
