How a carpet job runs

What the work involves, and why the second pass matters here.

  1. STEP 01

    Count the rooms

    Pricing is per room, plus stairs and upholstery pieces individually.

  2. STEP 02

    Pre-treat and agitate

    Solution applied and worked into the pile so embedded silica releases before extraction rather than during it.

  3. STEP 03

    Hot-water extraction

    The first pass lifts the bulk of the soil and the treatment with it.

  4. STEP 04

    The slow second pass

    A deliberate low-speed pass pulls what the first one loosened but did not reach. This is the step that separates a Vegas-appropriate job from a national-average one.

  5. STEP 05

    Grooming and dry time

    Pile groomed so it dries standing rather than matted. Airflow set up where the room needs it.

  6. STEP 06

    Photo record

    Before and after per room, sent when the work is done.
