What we keep
- When you ask for a quote: your name, phone, email, ZIP, address if you give it, your notes, the price you were shown, and whether you ticked the box to be texted (with the exact words you agreed to and when).
- When you visit the site: which pages you open, whether you tap to call or get an estimate, your device type, country and the site that sent you. Not your name.
- When we work for you: your visits, what was done and what it cost, payments, messages with us, and before-and-after photos of the work.
- When you text or call us: what was said, so the next person who helps you has it.
Why
To price, book and do the work you asked for, to keep you updated about it, to bill for it, and to make it right if something was missed. We do not sell your information.
Your mobile number and texting
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number and your consent are used only to text you about your quote, your bookings and your visits. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts; reply HELP for help. See the texting terms.
Photos
The crew photographs the work, before and after, as the record of the job — with your consent. We show photos of your job to anyone else only if you separately agree to that, and then only the service, the street name and the date: never your house number, unit or name.
Who helps us run it
A few service providers handle information for us, only to do their part:
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and stores records and photos.
- Twilio — sends and receives our texts and calls.
- Stripe — takes card payments on its own secure page. We never see or keep your full card number.
- The U.S. Census Bureau's address service — places a booked job's address on our map, once, at booking.
- An AI provider — helps draft our replies to texts, from our own approved wording. Your messages are not used to sell you anything.
Your choices
Turn texting off by replying STOP, or in your customer portal. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, call 702-907-4081. Some records — what was done and what was paid — we keep as long as the law requires for tax and business records.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
